Hibernian (officially: Hibernian Football Club, also: The Hibs, Hi-bees - pronounced "high-bees") is a Scottish football club from Edinburgh.
The official colors are emerald green and white. The shirt is traditionally held in green with white sleeves, white collar and green cuffs at long sleeves. The pants are white and the green piece with white cuffs.
Hibernian wore the white jersey sleeves for the first time on 13 August 1938 against Hamilton Academical. Easter Road Stadium, home underwent a major renovation in advance. The Celtic harp and shamrocks at the front gate was newly painted. The Tribune, the wall around the lawn and the admission limit has been removed completely white. The square goal posts were replaced by oval-shaped and covered the doors with green nets. On game day, the stadium announcer over the loudspeaker announced a new "lighter Easter Road" before the Hibs appeared in their new jerseys.
